Internal Sales Turbomachinery

 

Are you energized by smooth processes, top‑level customer support and being the operational heartbeat of a technical sales organization? We are looking for a proactive and well‑organized Internal Sales professional to join our PrimeServ Turbomachinery team at Everllence. In this role you ensure that all commercial processes run flawlessly, from inquiry to cash, and you support our sales and service teams of our turbomachinery department in delivering excellent results for customers across the Benelux region.

Your role:

In this dynamic and varied position, you will:

  • Manage the full inquiry-to-cash process, creating quotations, order confirmations, supplier orders and invoices.
  • Review purchase orders, identify risks or deviations, and coordinate adjustments with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all jobs and ensure a proper maintenance of the job register.
  • Expedite local orders and keep customers informed about progress or deviations.
  • Request spare‑parts quotations and prepare field service quotations (time & material).
  • Process timesheets for correct invoicing and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 documentation requirements.
  • Monitor financial KPIs and project costs, identify deviations and initiate improvements.
  • Handle incoming requests via the team mailbox and manage registration of RFQs in customer platforms.
  • Ensure Everllence’s correct registration at suppliers, including required product information.
  • Collect market intelligence, competitor activites and project opportunities, and share insights with the team.
  • Coordinate and maintain supplier relations.


Your qualifications:
You bring professionalism, structure and a strong commercial mindset. You thrive on accuracy and enjoy being the linking pin between customers, suppliers and technical teams.

You also have:

  • Technical, administrative or commercial background.
  • Strong understanding of commercial processes and business administration.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • A solution‑oriented mindset, able to handle time pressure and changing priorities.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and a customer‑centric attitude.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Fluency in business English. (Dutch is a plus.)
