In this versatile and hands-on role, you will be responsible for the daily order management of specific service and aftersales products. As part of an ambitious and international team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global customers and partners from quotation to invoice—ensuring speed, accuracy, and transparency throughout the process.
Your role: As Sales Support, you take ownership of the order handling process for a defined product portfolio, acting as the operational backbone of the sales team. You ensure customer satisfaction by managing requests and orders efficiently, liaising with global stakeholders, and continuously seeking ways to optimize internal processes.
