Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to join Everllence at the PrimeServ Omnicare headquarters, where our entire third-party business is managed and coordinated. In this versatile role, you will contribute directly to the success of technical projects by ensuring timely execution, budget compliance, and strong global stakeholder alignment. As part of a dynamic international team, you’ll have a vital role in shaping our project approach and driving operational excellence across the organization.


Your role: As Project Manager, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of global technical projects for Omnicare. You take ownership from quotation to delivery, ensuring that projects run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with commercial and technical expectations. You will be the central link between internal teams and global sales representatives, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution.

  • Preparing fast, competitive, and executable project quotes (including costs, lead times, technical concepts, and resource planning).
  • Supporting global sales teams during the clarification and negotiation phases of project tenders.
  • Taking full ownership of project execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Building and leading cross-functional project teams (involving purchasing, pricing, sales, technical support, and marketing).
  • Acting as the central point of contact for global sales teams and customers throughout the entire tendering and execution phases.
  • Ensuring clear reporting, accurate documentation, and proactive stakeholder communication.

 

Who are you?
You are a structured and proactive project professional who thrives in a complex, international environment. You bring strong communication skills, strategic insight, and a hands-on mentality to every project.

  • A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects in a matrix organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills—across all levels and without formal authority.
  • Strategic thinker with experience in translating ideas into executable plans.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and solutions-focused.
  • Team player with a friendly and approachable attitude.
