Sales Support

 

Do you thrive on structure, communication and supporting international sales processes? We are looking for a motivated and service-minded Sales Support professional to join Everllence at our PrimeServ Omnicare global headquarters, where the entire third-party business is managed and coordinated. In this versatile and hands-on role, you will be responsible for the daily order management of specific service and aftersales products. As part of an ambitious and international team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global customers and partners from quotation to invoice—ensuring speed, accuracy, and transparency throughout the process.

Your role

As Sales Support, you take ownership of the order handling process for a defined product portfolio, acting as the operational backbone of the sales team. You ensure customer satisfaction by managing requests and orders efficiently, liaising with global stakeholders, and continuously seeking ways to optimize internal processes.

  • Processing quotations, orders, and invoices in our ERP system (e.g. SAP Business One).
  • Maintaining effective communication with international customers and Everllence teams.
  • Supporting subcontractors and partners involved in order execution.
  • Streamlining order-related processes to improve response times, reliability, and transparency.
  • Collaborating with product management and regional sales to grow the business.

You will spend your time as follows:

  • 70% on managing orders and direct communication with colleagues, customers, and partners.
  • 20% on improving processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
  • 10% on supporting sales and product growth initiatives.

Who are you?
You are a reliable and proactive team player with a passion for order management and customer service. You bring structure, precision, and professionalism to your daily work and thrive in an international environment.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, internal sales, or order management—preferably in logistics or shipping.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP Business One) or eager to learn.
  • Affinity with the maritime industry is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a bonus.
  • Service-minded, customer-centric, and solution-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with international stakeholders.
  • Professional, disciplined, and approachable attitude.
  • Understanding of logistics and shipment processes is an advantage.
